For your 2-hour picnic celebration, we've got all the essentials covered:

• Picnic blanket and picnic table
• Floor pillows for each guest
• Full place setting for each guest including – chargers, plates, cloth napkins, cups, utensils (both disposable and decorative options available)
• Fresh floral arrangements in vases 
• Table décor customized for your theme 
• Candlesticks with LED candles 
• Beach umbrellas for your theme 
• Lanterns with LED candle lights  
• Custom welcome chalkboard sign 
• Complete set up and take down of all items by a team member of NBPC

All you need to bring is your food and drinks! We have a list of preferred vendors to make your picnic feast exceptional. We'll discuss your delectable options during your consultation call.

Newport Beach offers a plethora of stunning locations for your picnic paradise. From private residences and scenic parks to electric boats floating on the water or luxurious hotels, we'll work with you to find the ideal setting. Permits and regulations may apply, but we'll navigate the rules to make your dream picnic location a reality.

The sooner, the better! Secure your date for a holiday, birthday, baby shower, engagement, anniversary, or children's celebration by booking up to a year in advance. A $200 deposit ensures your reservation, making your celebration date official.

Don't fret over the forecast; we're flexible. We'll discuss alternative locations during your consultation call to ensure your picnic goes off without a hitch, rain or shine.

Our "Set the Table" package brings the full experience to your home, backyard, or favorite spot. 

Let us handle the setup and takedown, so you can focus on the celebration. This package includes the following: 

• Full place settings
•  Fresh floral arrangements
• Customized table décor
•  Candlesticks with LED candles
• Custom welcome chalkboard sign 

Life happens, and we get it. You can cancel up to 7 days before your picnic for a full refund. Any cancellations after the 7-day mark are subject to a $200 cancellation fee, unless you reschedule for another date within the calendar year.
